Public Data Privacy Statement

We may need to collect some or all of the following information from you if you contact us or if we contact you.
This would typically be for the purpose of arranging band bookings and engagements:

Your Name
Your Email address
Your Postal address
Your Phone numbers

We will ask you to confirm whether or not you are happy for us to retain this information and we will carry out an
annual review to see if we still have a need to keep it. Personal information that is no longer needed will be deleted.

We will not share your information with any other organisation unless we obtain your express permission to do so.

Personal information that we store electronically is subject to security and access controls, including password
authentication and data encryption where appropriate.

By making contact with our Data Controller bandsecretary@wrenthamband.org you can at any time  ask to
view, amend, or delete the personal information we hold on you subject to valid proof of identification.
Requests will normally be dealt with within one month.

Visitors to our website

We collect anonymised visitor data to our website (www.wrenthamband.org) through the services of our
Internet Service Provider. This information is processed in such a way that it does not identify anyone in person
and is only used for statistical analysis.

We may also provide links to other websites. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook where we also have
active pages relating to Wrentham Band. This Privacy notice does not cover these (third party) sites so if you have
any questions about how a site uses your information you will need to check that sites privacy statement. 

By way of promoting our charitable services and events as well as recording moments in the bands history we
collect and retain photographs and videos of the bands activities at our private and public events.
These may be displayed on our website and shared with the media such as local newspapers and broadcasters.

For any questions regarding our Public Data Privacy Notice or to ask us to view, amend, or delete the personal
information/images that we hold on you (subject to valid proof of identification) please contact our
Data Controller, bandsecretary@wrenthamband.org. Requests will normally be dealt with within one month.
